I’m not a bath bomb snob, but there are a few points I look for in my bath bombs: fizz, water color, fragrance and mositurizing. These bath bombs ticked all the boxes. I really enjoyed this set. I just wish there were more in the set.The presentation for this set was very nice. It’s the first impression, and this set made a good impression. That said, the quality of the product matched the presentation. The box was nice and looked elegant. It didn’t have the childish feel to it that many sets have, even for adult bath bombs.The fragrance is really nice. I really like lavender, and these smelled wonderful. I was a bit hesitant with this set because of the eucalyptus and mint scent. I’ve had more than one eucalyptus scent bath bomb have a medicinal scent that was not pleasant. These did not smell like that. The fragrance was great in the box and when I placed them in a basket on my bathroom vanity. The scent also carried over when they were placed in the tub. This is an area where many bath bombs fail. You can’t smell them once they dissolve in the tub. These bath bombs actually give you an aromatherapy experience while in the tub. I like they paired two scents: one for relaxation and one for invigoration.These are large sized bath bombs. The fizz really well with a pretty long dissolve time. They are actually quite energetic when dissolving, spinning around like crazy (see video). They don’t just fizz, but give off bubbles as wellI could tell that essential oils were used in the bath bombs. My skin felt wonderful while in the tub. More importantly, my skin continued to feel soft and hydrated for hours after my bath.I really enjoyed this set of bath bombs. This is a quality set suitable for gifting that is also priced competitively ($14.99 July 2022)
Scent: Eucalyptus Mint + LavenderWhen I evaluate bath bombs, there are certain things that I look for. Also, I decide whether they are better suited for adults or kids. This collection of bath bombs are, as they should be, more suited for adults. Of course, that doesn’t mean that kids won’t enjoy them, because they will.Nice sized balled bath bombs. When you drop them in the tub, they will sink to the bottom and then bounce back up to the surface of the water and stay there, as they should.Once they start floating, they fizz up and around the surface of your water. Not really the most vibrant fizz that I’ve seen, but a sufficient amount.As soon as they started to fizz around the tub, I could feel them moisturizing the water. This is the main factor of why I think these are more suited for adults. You can immediately feel the water become a little bit oily. Not so much though that it makes the tub slippery. In fact, I wouldn’t want much more because that then becomes a health issue. Last thing I need is to fall in the tub.And then there’s the scent. In my opinion, too many bath bombs are lacking in this area. They all smell good and intense when you open the box, but once you drop one in your water, there’s barely any scent there. These do have scents that are easy to smell and they stay with you during a good, long bath. That’s what convinced me to give these 5 stars.They will tint your water, but it’s not all that intense. Also, they will not stain your tub.Quite a good collection of bath bombs that are very giftable. The only thing is I would recommend to the company to pretty up their box a bit. They do come in a drab brown box that you’d want to wrap up if giving as a gift.
I don’t know how to describe the scent of these bath bombs. Let me just say I originally planned to give these as a gift to a family member, then quickly decided they smelled too amazing to give away lol. The unwind is my favorite with a smooth soft lavender scent that opens up my sinuses slightly. It reminds me of a soap from many years ago, but I can’t quite remember. The revive eucalyptus smells amazing also, it’s not overbearing like some products. It’s a gently calming scent. It opens up my sinuses quite a bit! They’re individually wrapped with a clear plastic, then beautifully wrapped in the colored tissue paper. The entire box, and materials used is recyclable. I feel these were very well crafted, and made with love. They smell absolutely incredible. I would recommend them and say they’re giftable, unless you’re like me and decide you want to keep them for yourself LOL!
