The active ingredients are capsaicin 0.05% and menthol 2.5%. Magnesium chloride, arnica flower extract, and MSM are other ingredients in the formula.
For adults and children 2 years of age and older, apply to the affected area not more than 3 to 4 times daily. For children under 2, do not use; consult a doctor. Follow all product-label warnings.
Apply to the affected area, such as the shoulders, back, legs, or knees. Do not apply to wounds or damaged skin. Avoid the eyes and mucous membranes.
The formula contains menthol and capsaicin, which can produce cooling and warming sensations. Do not use a heating pad or other external heat on the treated area.
