This cream has great ingredients in it like macadamia nut and arnica which we know are great for healing along with vitamin c and vitamin K. This absorbs super fast. You don’t have to worry about it leaving marks on your clothes or furniture. When you put it on it is warm on your skin. It helps take the swelling away and it also eases the joint pain and sore muscle aches so that you can get on with your day. It’s got a really good scent – it’s a cross between menthol and floral – it reminds me of a fancy spa I used to go to to get my eyebrows waxed. Keep this on hand for those aches and pains too, anytime you’ve got sore muscles or bruises.

It works! First the smell is a nice light mint smell. The cream feel thick, yet light when you message it into the Bruise. Bruise relief went on smooth, nongreacie and dissappear into the briuse quickly. By the next morning my Bruise was 2 shades lighter and no longer hurt when I touched it. I was absolutely amazed at how quickly it worked. I highly recommend if your an easy bruiser or very sensitive to creams and smells. Worth every penny spent!!
